problems with my android device login error ?need help

i am having problem with my android device 6.0.1 samsung j5. that whenever i try to login in any app like play games , play store. i get problem connection timed out.'. and some times i cannot login any google account on my device,with the previous version of android that is 5.1 it worked fine. i have tried many things but nothing had done much sometimes it works fine automatically.and after the upgradae, apps like facebook , messenger i was not able to sign in. yesterday i was not able to add a simple google account. is their any fix..

THESE METHOD THAT I HAVE TRIED

1. clearing cache of google play services and framework,playstore etc....
2. rebooting my device
3. factory reset from marshmallow to marshmallow

please reply to my content.. and is their any way to downgrade android version

Did u try to root or root u r phone?if yes did u do it properly like using cwm or twrp ?

no never i dont know what happened to my mobile device it sometime works and sometimes not
