Problems with my Blue tooth

I have EVO 4G and I have a Plantronic Voyager pro blue tooth device. I purchase it about 4 month ago. It has worked fine until the last few days. I sometimes have problems with hearing calls in the device.

I tried restart phone and device, I tried pairing again I updated my profile and PRL . However I still have the problem. The weird part is it does not happen all the time.

Any ideas
