Problems with Samsung edge S 7 communication.

I am having issues with connections with my Samsung edge 7 for incoming and out going calls and my phone is showing maximum of 2 bars although AT&T provided me with a new mini Tower to use in my apartment, but the problem still exist, I ended up going to a local AT&T store to request a new sim card and transfer my number to my old Samsung Mega that I had to be able to make and receive calls, but now I am paying a monthly fee on my contract on a brand new phone that its useless and sitting on the shelf, I am thinking to take AT&T to court for a junk Edge S 7 Samsung, any ideas for call action lawsuit?

Why? You're going end up spending more than just demanding a replacement phone.

As I said, go back to AT&T and ask them to give you a new one that works. Or failing that, get a exchange it for a different model you want to try, like an HTC 10 or LG G5.
