Problems with the V20 earpiece

The earpiece on my V20 is much lower in volume recently. I have the settings turned up all the way up. The speaker microphone works just fine. Anyone have any ideas? I had the phone since October 28th of 2016. I assume it is still under warranty.

Did you try with different headset?

I meant the earpiece built into the phone.... LOL!
