Problems with using voice features on Galaxy S5. How can I fix them?

Problems with using voice features on Galaxy S5

The only voice feature that works is Voice Recorder app - but only in Conversation or Interview mode NOT Normal mode.
No voice to text even when mike icon present on keyboard and pressed.
No OK Google voice queries possible nor does setting up work when repeating ""OK Google" 3 times
No S Voice possible
Called party cannot hear me unless I switch to speaker.
Microphone OK and not plugged (see first note on Voice Recorder).
Android 5.0
All apps updated.
Any ideas?
