Problems with Words with Friends

Has anyone experienced any problems with the game? I can't get the game to play correctly and i keep getting a network error. The only thing that I've gotten to work is to uninstall and reinstall the app, but the problem keeps coming back. Any ideas?

words with friends sucks on my t-bolt. active games are missing, never notifies me that it's my turn. it works perfectly on my iphone.

WWF was a struggle on my DX and its pretty much more of the same on the TB. It's just a buggy program. The notifications are garbage, its almost a joke.

I would highly recommend WordFeud. It is far superior. You get notified of your turn almost immediately and I love the fact that they have a playing board that is completely random (ie the bonus tiles are randomly distributed) you can rack up crazy word scores if you get a few TW and DW near eachother. Just a slicker program IMO.

Yeahs, WWF has been buggy since the beginning on Android, and they can't seem to get it right. WordFued is much better with absolutely no problems

The actual scrabble game is on Android now. I haven't played "on-line" yet but it works great in just player local. The ads are pretty annoying though.

I've played all 3, and like WWF the best. Yeah it's a little buggy, but I like the interface the best. I like how/when it zooms better than WF, and how it tells you which word isn't valid (if you're making more that one word at once). Just personal preference though.

I agree with this... it is quite buggy where I am clearing the data and force stopping it every so often just to get games to come through. but it looks prettier than wordfeud and tells you what words aren't accepted. I do wish they used android functionality a little better instead of sticking to the ios interface.

I have found Words with Friends to be my Thunderbolt White Whale. I love the game and play it with lots of my IPhone friends, but hate how the app sucks my battery dry, sucks at notifications, and causes intermittent FCs. One of these days, they will get it right for Android.

Use Word Feud instead. Far less buggy than WWF.

I've been playing WWF on my Thunderbolt for about a month. It was terrible in the beginning, had to reinstall the app once every few days. But it has been much better as of late. I do a FC maybe once a week and haven't had to reinstall it recently.

And I'm playing the full 20 games plus 3 extra started by other players, so 23 in all.
