when you go into the program menu there is an option for data call. what does this do?? i am asssuming it allows you to use the data to place a call instead of the cell towers. could this be an option to help cut back on your minutes usage?

It's a service menu you can access by dialing ##program and then entering the password (which is six zeros). Be careful in there. A wrong move can equal a meltdown.
