How to I know if my submission was approved. My current progress says IN-PROCESSING and my wife's says SUBMITTED. So what does that mean lol sorry for the dumb question

Joser, mine went from submitted to now saying in-processing, with that I would say that yours is further along than hers. I think the system seems to be that the status is a representation of where the submission is in the process. So, for example, your status says IN-PROCESSING, so that probably means that they are processing your submission. If the status later changes to something like "APPROVED", "SHIPPED" or perhaps even "PREPARING-TO-SHIP", then that will probably mean that it was approved. If it changes to something like "REJECTED", then that will probably mean that it was rejected.

Thanks, I should've searched for it.:'( To be honest, I was half-wondering if the OP thought we're affiliated with LG, and was asking if we had control over the promo!

I see that tmobile has started a new $100 off a v10 promo. I might have to return mine just for the promo but I'll have to check the rules of the promo first.
