Still waiting for samsung to send mine back out again. I filed August 20th. FedEx was supposed to deliver it on August 31. FedEx called said that samsung only put my name, city, state and phone number on it. No street address. I gave FedEx my street address and she said it will be delivered that following day. Well thurs Sept 1 came and nothing. So I called FedEx Friday the 2nd. They said that samsung wanted the package back since they didn't put address on it. Said i had to call samsung. I called samsung and they said yes it was their mistake cause they did have the correct address but someone there made a mistake. They said that they would send it back out once FedEx sends them the sd card back. Well FedEx sent it back on Sept 6th and samsung or whoever that is actually handling the package got it Sept 7. I havent heard anything yet on when it will be sent back out. Must be some warehouse here sending mine out cause it says my sd card coming from Plainfield Indiana to Georgetown Indiana. So I guess ill have to call again Monday.
