"Promotional cards"

Can anyone please tell me where these stupid promotional cards that pop up when I start my phone are coming from?!?
It's been happening for a about a week. I've installed a couple new apps in the past week and removed most of them. I'm assuming they were "attached" to something but don't know what.
Any, and all help will be appreciated!!

Any screen shots. It's probably a app, more then likely free app. I have been able to long press them and sometimes you get the app notification permission screen which will identify the app. It's a pain to find them

Without more info it's hard to give concrete help other then to download one of these apps to see which is pushing ads on your phone.

Don't install apps Willy nilly. You'll always get burned. Look at the permissions, reviews and downloads.

I'll take one next time it pops up. I think "Dragon Assistant" is the culprit (I don't know why I think that, but I just do) I have deleted the app but still get them.
