For say a 250ga buried LPG tank with a standard or R3D dial - is there some sort of wifi device I can connect to the dial and be able to read/monitor propane tank levels remotely without having to physically go out and inspect the tank? Maybe even have an alarm trigger if the propane gets too low?
Likewise for say a several thousand gallon water storage tank I would like to be able to monitor water levels remotely - possibly via Google Home. I think they make simple alarms that are triggered when a float on a wire or alarm drops to a certain level. If there's not already a water tank sensor for Google Home - maybe there's a hobbyist device out there I could hook up a normally-open or normally-closed switch device to that works w/ Google Home and I could wire up to a water float switch?
I think there's some stand-alone solutions - but now I'm curious if there are any that might be adapted to working with Google Home.
Thanks,
