Proper Care for Nexus 7

Should I use an app killer like Advance App Killer? And should I use ZDBox to clean my Nexus 7's cache every once in a while? I just want to know how to keep my Nexus 7 running smoothly and quickly. Thanks!

Avoid anything that says App Killer or Task Killer or anything that would have got so an app in memory.

Android is built to keep recent apps in memory to improve multi tasking. By using an app to stop those in memory the processor and ram have to work double the amount to restart the app.

I don't use any app killers and my nexus 7 runs smoothly. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
