pros and cons... tbolt vs sprctrum

im really stuck between the two phones.

which one has the most potential to be a greater phone?

which one has the better roms/ rooting/ and is easier to use?

i have had both and im really leaning towards the thunderbolt but the the specs on the spectrum are looking pretty good. that being said the UI on the spectrum looks and feels like it was done by a monkey with down syndrome .


so if anyone has any input on this please help me out on a decision.


or if you have any other options as far as a type of phone i would like, i would really appreciate the input!!!

Hardware goes to the spectrum but development to the tbolt. I have to ask why are you limiting your choices? Not bashing either phone but if rooting is a concern you should look at the galaxy nexus. People complain about the quality of Samsung hardware but as someone who is in the business samsungs hardware holds up better than HTC or lg hardware on average.

I have no experience with the thunderbolt. However once I rooted my Spec and froze the bloat the phone came alive. Add a different launcher sucks adw, Holo, go, etc and the ui issue is fixed. Or run one the few gb based roms we have that all work fantastic. Also ics is just around the corner for us,
