Using speck's candyshell grip case for my note 4. Best case for the grip in my opinion, and I absolutely love the case. However, just noticed this on the packaging itself. Anyone else noticed this on any other cases, and what is your opinion on it? It did freak me out a bit...

You have me laughing again! WA is as bad or worse. They just tax everything to death, refuse to sell it, or put a fee on it.
I spent 30 years in Ca before I moved back to Hawaii. A few years ago when music downloads was becoming popular, Ca wanted to tax the downloads! I couldn't believe it. I had no words then too!

I've heard horror stories about WA too! "Taxation without representation" is full of BS! We're represented, but still taxed like hell! It all just boggles the mind!

So I guess people are not really that scared when they see that prop65 warning... Generally speaking

"Since businesses aren’t required to say exactly why a warning is on their product, the agency suggests that a concerned buyer contact the manufacturer to find out. The list of covered chemicals is available at the OEHHA website."

I wonder what speck's response would be...
