Proximity Sensor

Anyone have any problems holding the phone on their shoulder and the proximity sensor not working? I never had this problem with my gs3. With the motox if I let go of the phone and keep it on my shoulder, the screen comes back on and my ear starts pressing buttons. Pretty annoying.

I only use it on the right because I'm half deaf on the left

I have the same problem with my Galaxy Nexus but on the left shoulder. For mine its because of where the sensor is.

That's a good point. I'd have to look but I bet the proximity sensor on my gs3 is on the right, not the left.
