Proximity Sensor

I have an AT&T V10 and I have noticed recently that the phone will not light up after a phone call. I assume it's an issue with the proximity sensor. Anyone else having this problem? I thought there was a service menu where you could check and see if it was stuck, but I cannot seem to find it.

Do you have a screen protector installed? If so, it must not cover the proximity sensor.

There are many sensor tools you can download from the Play store; just search for "sensor".

Same problem. FDR did nothing. TMo replaced phone.

Isn't the proximity sensor next to the speaker on the top right of the phone? I do have a screen protector on the phone but it stops at the edge of the glass.

I have the exact same issue. The black out screen doesnt recover after i lift it off my face. Often cause it to hang due to this issue. Anyone can help
