Proxy Server Error for Samsung Tablet

[AC Question]

My Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 says it's connected to the Internet with a strong signal, but I always get a Proxy Server connection error when I try to open my browser, either directly or from a link in an app. I've tried restarting my Tab, clearing the cache, but for some reason it won't let me "forget" my home wifi so I can reestablish a connection. It is also doing this with other wifi access points that I try to use. This is really getting frustrating because I use my tablet for work and I NEED the Internet to work.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Wi-fi, then long-press your network. Tap Modify Network, then Advanced Options, and make sure Proxy is set to None (unless you have to use a Proxy).
