As of now, no you cannot unroot.
As I mentioned: Worked fine for my Samsung S4 on AT&T (1337)

Can you Help? I have never rooted before. I and not sure what to do and not to do. I know there are benifits I want to take advantage of but do not want to do anything that will mess my phone up

You probably should avoid rooting then.
