I'll try it out. Hoping it has a lot less lag and the camera is OK. For $499, it's difficult to not at least try it.

I had the Note 7 and had to return it for the recall, so I grabbed at Moto Z.

It's lag free. Definitely faster than my Note was, due to the fact that the Moto is pretty close to stock Android.

The camera is better on the Note / S7, but it's decent on the Moto. The Samsung kills it in low light though.

I really like my Moto Z. The Moto gestures, and the fact that it detects when you are driving and reads out your texts is pretty cool. I did buy the Incipio battery pack Moto Mod though. The battery in the Z is pretty small.

Oh yes, and Nougat is being rolled out this month.
