Pull down notification bar doesn't work for Moto G2 in portrait view.

Hello,

Pull down notification bar doesn't work only in portrait view. It works fine only when I get a message or notification. But, it works fine in the landscape view when the auto-rotate is on. Tried the other solutions like Safe boot and switching between the guest account. Still the problem persists. Do help with this . Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you notice any other problems with touch sensitivity at the top of the screen when in portrait mode? If so, the digitizer might be faulty in that area. Install an app like Screen Touch Test to see if there are any problems in that area.
