Pull Down Settings

I've been watching Youtube videos and have noticed that on the pull down on other peoples S3, they have more of those settings buttons. I have the basic, wifi, blocking mode, screen rotation, bluetooth, volume, etc. buttons, but other people have the mobile data button and such. So I was wondering is there a way to customize those buttons? I've been looking in the settings but haven't found anything. Help would be appreciated!

Just touch the toggles bar and slide it to the left/right to show the rest of the toggles

I know about the sliding left/right, but i dont have some of the toggles that others have like turning on/off cellular data.
