Pull up menu issues: call in progress; google pay

My pull up menu for the new call while call in progress and for google pay is frozen in the down position. If I restart it will reset but invariably gets stuck again. Can't find anything in the forums to help

1st thing to try is to uninstall the pay app, reboot as you clear the cache partition and reinstall the pay app and readd your pay type. Good luck.
