I am looking to purchase the p7p, I want to be all android and not going through Verizon where they make there changes to the phones. I would like to purchase from best buy, would purchase as being unlocked? To get the pure Android experience?

Yes, Best Buy offers unlocked/carrier-free Pixels ...

Hi! Yes, you can buy unlocked from Best Buy. I hear they have good trade-in deals, as well! Good luck, and let us know what colour and size Pixel 7 Pro you get!

So with my decision making I am going to ask another question.

Has the Google store ever had black Friday sale? Also would you they would discount or give any type of promotion on black Friday?

Does anyone about purchasing a unlocked p7p with trade in through best buy?
I was told I had set up something through Google Fi or my carrier Verizon.

No need to go through the carrier, select the option to activate later

Keep in mind that the really good trade-in promo they were running has expired, so for a Pixel 6 Pro (for example), the trade-in is now only $295 (not $545). Also, see my recent post about paying close attention to your trade-in transaction: https://forums.androidcentral.com/g...when-trading-device-best-buy.html#post7114438

Google Store is still offering higher trade-in starting from $500 for P6 Pro (128 GB. Higher storage gives more) towards P7 Pro. That drops to only $230 trade-in for the P6 Pro against a 6a, which is second in making me scratch my head in wonder only to the question as to why anyone would pursue that trade anyway.
