Question, it should be to me on the 28th this month. Can I still keep or put insurance on it when I switch from my current Droid Razr Maxx to it on my contract? I have insurance on the Maxx .

Yes you can transfer the insurance over. Once you activate it by calling *228, your insurance goes on to the next phone.

Do not use *228, you never do *228 on an LTE device, ever, ever, ever. As for insurance, it's based on the phone # so when you put the new GS4 on your line, take it into the store and make sure they notate on the account that its covered correctly. You don't want to get denied or an older device sent because of a swap out. Remember you didn't get it at the Verizon store you bought it from someone so its always good to have it noted its in 100% working order for future protection.
