Purchased Directly From Samsung...Problems

I was didn't get the $30 from reserve email. Was offered $150 in credits but when trying to use during the order process they kept being removed from cart.

Did anyone else have issues?
 
I ordered the S26 Ultra. I was trading in my S23 Ultra and was given $650 trade in. I included a Samsung case with the $30 credit. When I checked out, my total was for the full phone price. The trade in had disappeared. My 2nd chat attempt told me I'd be getting a call.

When I didn't get the call right away I canceled my order. THEN Samsung called me. The man was very nice and helped me re-order and make sure my trade-in was included.

Not sure what the problem was this time. Last year I traded my wife's S21 for a S24 and had zero glitches.
 
This is what I used my credit for also. I also noticed that on the screen where they had the bundles and cases to add on, the buds pro showed a $25 off price. Added up to $55 off when I checked out.
I haven't checked out yet. I am looking at all of my options. I'm really annoyed there is no trade in for buds.
