I ordered the S26 Ultra. I was trading in my S23 Ultra and was given $650 trade in. I included a Samsung case with the $30 credit. When I checked out, my total was for the full phone price. The trade in had disappeared. My 2nd chat attempt told me I'd be getting a call.
When I didn't get the call right away I canceled my order. THEN Samsung called me. The man was very nice and helped me re-order and make sure my trade-in was included.
Not sure what the problem was this time. Last year I traded my wife's S21 for a S24 and had zero glitches.
