I've been trying to "upgrade" or "purchase" the phone for the past hour, the website is extremely slow and unresponsive. Just trying to get the phone at the 199 price point, I hear it's 299.99 in store? At this rate though, I'm almost ready to pay 100 because this web experience is horrrrible. Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated! Thanks in advance
