these purported Galaxy Note 5 case renders don’t reveal much about the device since you can’t really see it but the cutout for the S Pen is pretty evident, which as we all know is a staple on the Galaxy Note series. It also shows the speaker position at the bottom of the device instead of the back, Samsung did the same with the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge so it’s likely that it might change the position of the speaker on the Galaxy Note 5 as well. There also appears to be a camera hump that’s quite similar to what we find on the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge, perhaps that’s another design element that’s consistent between these devices.

Since all the leaks have been agreement that it's a stretched out S6, I wouldn't completely disregard it.
