I have the Zenfone 2 and I'm having trouble with push notifications. Only a couple of apps will send me notifications like Facebook and Snapchat but the rest (or at least the ones I want) will not send me notifications. Yes I already checked auto start manager and yes all of the apps I want to send notifications are allowed. I also already checked the "do not disturb" feature and I already check each app and made sure they're enabled in the background. Nothing is restricted. I have my data on but I have this problem even with WiFi.
Hi, did you get the chance to solve this issue? I'm having the same problem. Only receive whatsapp notifications properly when I open the app. Gmail push notifications are never delivered except when opening the app and manually refreshing. I've tried a factory reset, and things worked properly for a while, until it got wrecked all over again. It's really, really annoying.
