In a move that might have been partly trying to smooth over the disappointment some One owners expressed over the delay, T-Mobile CEO John Legere tweeted that the Android 4.3 update will arrive ?on your phones in the next few days.? Unfortunately, that?s the same language we heard from Mackenzie earlier in the week but at this point we?re at the whim of the powers that be to release the update to the T-Mobile world.

There's probably a good reason for the delays. Whatever it is, the wait would be well worth it once it finally pushes out to devices.

I know it's pointless...but...dammit!...I am already hitting the update software from here until Monday.

I'd say, it's worth the wait, it's not a large or impressive update, and once it's here, we will be good for awhile. Besides, the HTC One is and will be further ahead than a lot of device powerhouses. Gs4 is and will be old news.

This device has been solid as is. Now with 4.3, is a beast.
