Hi-
I travel overseas to Asia a lot for work, and picked up a Galaxy Note 2 in Taiwan, as a lot of our coworkers travel there as well and it would be nice for them to have a traveller phone to share. I bought the Note 2 which i really like. I currently have a work phone thru Verizon that is a Galaxy s3. I like the Note a little better. I was wondering if it is possible to swap the sim cards so i could use the Note in the USA. the Taiwan network is GSM and Verizon is CDMA, but that shouldnt matter since both phones have both capabilities. I tried swapping the cards, but cant get connections. ANy ideas?

Unfortunately, Verizon does not allow phones not in their database to operate on their network. You are better off selling the note 2, and getting the Verizon note 2, which comes factory sim unlocked. Note that you would need root to modify the apn if you want mobile data
