[Q]Is vertical banding/grainy screen covered under warranty?

I bought my galaxy nexus a little over a month ago from best buy mobile and am really starting to notice some intense vertical banding on the menus and any darker colors or HD pictures with gradients. I've seen other GNs that look much better and am wondering whether I can swap it out if mine is actually defective. Any help is greatly appreciated

I would imagine this is is covered, your best bet is to head to a store or call them. I have the banding as well, but I've been living with it. I really only ever see it once in a while, so I'm not worried about it. Beat Buy's warranty is pretty good, if you got it there I'm sure they'll take care of you.
