[Q] My Samsung S3 has 1 bar and won't change at all !

Hey guys I'm having a lot of trouble with my s3 its the bell/version version sghi747 or whatever, and I just flashed the stock rom with odin and everything works fine except for my data. It shows "VIRGIN" on the notification pull down bar and i have only 1 bar. I tried factory resetting it and it still doesn't work. I tried taking out the sim card and putting it back in and it doesn't work. Even with or without my wifi on it still only shows 1 bar. The only time it has more than 1 bar is when I start the phone and then it quickly goes back to one bar. WHAT DO I DO?!

Also I tried a different firmware, still has 1 bar...

You flashed the stock rom, in doing so you take the chance of something like this happening.
I would flash it back to stock, problem solved. There is not an issue with your phone, there is an issue with the ROM you decided to flash your perfectly
