[Q] Possible Mod or App To Talk on Phone and Listen to Music

Is it possible to listen to music through a car stereo while also talking on the phone? When driving, I normally listen to music via an aux cord while also having a bluetooth connected in case of an incoming call. Usually when a call comes through, the music will automatically stop until the call is finished. I was hoping there was some app, mod, or setting I am possibly missing that can allow music to continue playing through the car stereo during the call. Can anyone help?

I don't know of any way to do this, but the car's mic would pick up all the music, too. I think it would make it pretty hard for the person on the other end of the call to here and understand you.
