Qi charger stand alternatives to TYLT VU?

Hi folks. Are there any alternatives (either store-bought or homemade) to the TYLT VU wireless charger stand? I'd like to have a wireless charger at my nightstand, but I'd also like it to stand up at an angle to double as a clock at night. $99 for a charger is a little steep, so I was wondering if there was a lifehack or something that you could build your own stand.
