Qi wireless charger turns on screen

My Qi wireless charger had a very annoying issues. It causing my screen to turn on throughout the night and it pauses the charging and then charged again. Basically gets stuck in a loop. I end up having to mute my phone so I don't hear it or just take it off the charger. Anyone else have this issue?

I recall a thread about similar issue. Finding the app(s) causing it to occur #1 . Not easiest thing.

Checking Notifications.
Do Not Disturb for overnight
Wiping cache partition.
Booting into safe mode.
.....

In battery setting Device Maintenance, turning fast charge off/on.

People may want to know what model the charger is and is it plugged into the Samsung original plug.
