Qik issue

Visual is crystal clear yet sounds absent.
My buddy can hear me but I cant hear him...sometimes its the other way around.
Anyone having same issue?

Whoever is the receiver needs to press talk button (or something) so that the caller can hear him/er.. hope that helps

Well one of yous should have a Mic button your your screen. I think the person who made the call has hands free talking while the person who answered has a Mic button on the screen they have to press and hold while talking. That might be it.
