Hi all,
I just bought a brand new blue 32gig s3, and purchased a qmadix case at the same time. Both purchased from a go wireless verizon store. I've had the phone in its case since purchase and it hasn't been dropped or anything like that. I've been extremely careful with it.
Unfortunately, the store didn't have any available screen protectors for purchase at the time, so I ordered a 3 pack off amazon. I pulled the phone out this morning to put on a screen protector, and as I was cleaning the glass I noticed something that looked like a scratch on the screen.
After further investigation, there is not one, but two. One on each side, in exactly the same position, vertical scratches running down each side of the phone. They are actually pretty deep too, if I run my fingernail across them, there are spots where they are more like little cuts in the glass.
Should I contact qmadix, verizon, or the store manager? Anyone have an issue like this where a case is responsible for damage, and what did you do about it?
Yes, this may seem like I'm a little obsessive but I paid $250 bucks for the phone and went out of my way to keep it looking new only to have the protection cause the damage.
this is the case I purchased http://www.wirelessemporium.com/p-1...source=gbase&gclid=CKaDhK3bwbECFQa8KgodvF4AIQ
Thank you
