Question about emulators

I was thinking of downloading the lite Super Nintendo emulator made by yongzh for my Droid but have just a few questions before I do:

1. Where do you download the games on your PC? Torrents?

2. On the lite version, can you save? This is basically the difference from getting the lite version instead of the full pay version.

3. What's the difference between the lite and full version? Anything major that makes you actually wanna pay 4 dollars for it?
