Hi. It looks like my old Galaxy S3 is bricked. It's being fixed but there might be a hardware issue that the cellphone repair place cannot fix.
I am starting to look at new phones to replace the S3 if it can't be fixed.
I have data backed up via Samsung's Smart Switch app on my laptop.
I want to transfer that data to the new phone. So I have two restrictions:
1) It must be a Samsung phone, so I can transfer data to the new phone.
2) It allows the batteries to be replaced.
I did some research and it looks like the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro allows it.
But I don't see a sub-forum for this phone. I would like to ask anyone who currently has a XCover Pro - does this phone allow you to use and connect with Samsung's Smart Switch application?
