Question about Internet vs. Data usage

I have a question about my atrix while I am connected to my wireless network. In order to save data usage I connect to my local home wireless network when I can. If I am streaming pandora while connected to the Internet will my phone use that connection rather than the mobile network or do I have to make a selection on the phone. Thanks in advance

As long as the phone has an active wifi connection, the phone will transfer data via wifi instead of cellular.
