Question about keyboard

I have a nice case for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S from Moko.
Has a nice keyboard, Bluetooth is all paired, works fine.

Here's the question. If I have keyboard turned on, and say I launch Chrome, and want to type in Chrome, I can do that, -but the on-screen keyboard is also up as soon as I want to type. How can I stop this? It's hard to see the screen when it's up like that. I thought the case keyboard would defeat the on-screen if it was connected/enabled/etc.

Also, when I want to enter an email address, I get my choice of selections from my accts- but it also shows a mis-typed email address. I press it to REMOVE and it says this will be removed from the list of remembered addresses...but it never goes away.



And..as long as I am here, when I want to launch Chrome, it gives me the JUST ONCE or ALWAYS choice- I hit ALWAYS but it says something about clearing defaults. Can't I just make it so Chrome always comes up w/o that message?
