Question about LG Bridge and a Verizon G4

Do others Verizon G4 connect to LG Bridge? I cannot get mine to connect to it on 2 different computers. Any help would be nice. Thanks.

So I'm not on Verizon, but I was having problems until I took my computer off of Lan and put it on the same wifi. Then it bridged.

They are both on the same network. Another thing, one of the computers kept downloading an update. I had about 12 windows open before I figure that was happening.

What OS are you using on your computer?
If Windows, LG Bridge should not be needed.

Windows. I want to back up my phone to my pc

Just plug the USB charging cable into the phone and computer. Windows will see the phone as an external drive.

You might need Bridge if your "backup" involves more than copying files off the phone to the computer.
