Question about lost phone app (Lookout Plan B)

I have the lost phone app Lookout Plan B in my phone and I think it works great if your GPS is turned on...

BUT

What of I lose my phone and I have GPS turned off?! Lookout is supposed to automatically turn the GPS on so it can track the phone but on mine you have to select 'OK' on the little pop-up that says "Standalone GPS Services" before the GPS turns on... is there a way to bypass that little pop-up???!!

My roomate has a Thunderbolt and he doesn't have to click OK.. His just turns on immediately with no pop-ups...

so ive done some looking around and it basically seems like i need to disable the 'standalone gps services" pop-up...... Is there any way to by-pass that pop-up? Maybe I should root my phone?!?!?!

If you go into settings on your phone go to the security section click on select device administrator give look out administrative access and that should allow it the authority to turn on stand alone GPS by text message if you lose your device.

I already have that selected to allow lookout to be a phone administrator.... The problem is the little pop up that shows up when you turn the gps on that says 'standalone gps services' If i lose my phone wirh gps on then its all food but if i lose it with gps off then you have to select ok on that pop up before it will turn on... So basically i need to know how to get rid of that dang pop up
