question about set app as default on Nexus 5

I try to set some apps as Default like playing video in player pro, see calls history with dialer one. Its always ask me to choose and i pick one and set "always", the problem is that it keep asking me again and again. There is some solution for this?

Are you adding new apps or services after setting the defaults? If so, then that will prompt you to reselect the default. That's normal for Android since you have a new option to do that particular action.
