Question about sideloading?

Hello people i have a question, I just sideloaded my nexus 5 with kitkat 4.4.2 and it was so easy. So now my question is from now on when a new update comes out do i always need to sideload it or will i still get an OTA update?

You'll still be eligible for OTA updates, this is essentially 99% the same thing.
