question about syncing email

is there a way to have all my email downloaded automatically i relly dont want want to have to check in on my own

By default the stock and gmail apps should have an option where you can set the automatic check frequency.

If you mean that you are currently going to the web to log into your account, then yes you can add your gmail or other email account to your phone so that emails automatically download to your phone by adding your accounts to phone. Go to your apps and pick the email app you use.
