Here's the situation I don't have a upgrade for the EVO 3D because I got the Evo in October.... so is it possible to break my contract and then re-sign with sprint to get the upgrade price on the Evo 3D? since it would probably be cheaper doing it that way.

Hm...how about adding a line? It's 250 bucks for the early termination fee, isn't it? Sometimes it's a good idea to call customer support to see what options they are willing to give you.
Personally, I would trade your old Evo in at Radio Shack, at least you get some money towards the Evo 3d.
Yea I probably will go see what radio shack will give me last time i looked it was 179$...I also have pre-orders at best buy and radio shack already

Nope. You would have to leave Sprint for 30 days after you pay the ETF in order for them to start a new line.
Your best bet would be to call customer service and see if they'll work with you since it would only be 3 months early.
I just sold my Evo for $275 on Craigslist. Sell your Evo and then pay what? a few hundred for the 3D? Same as a new customer would be paying.
Ummm, no. You sell your Evo, take that money plus a few hundred dollars and pay retail for the 3D. You can get it on launch day.
