Question about update

I got the update, but I had the LoSt kernel flashed. I wasn't thinking and hit "install update" it started up fine (rebooted and started to install) but then it showed the 'danger triangle' as I call it and just sat there. After about 5 minutes or so, I did a battery pull and restarted. Everything is fine but now I don't have the update and I bet the system thinks I do.
Should I just wait and flash the one that someone on XDA will post?
Or should I flash a stock kernel and call up Sprint service and tell them my story?

To flash the *OTA* update successfully, you have to be on stock everything, EG30 modem.bin, EG30 kernel, EG30 ROM.

You should just flash one of the pulled versions on XDA.
