question about updating

if u did have issues with the update..which i dont..shouldnt the factory reset revert that back to before the update or did that rewrite the os so its gone forever?

no, if you updated to the OTA, you'll still have the OTA after a factory reset. The only thing it does is wipe the phone to an 'out of the box" state which wipes out your google account, apps, home screens, settings, etc.

isnt there a way to backup the entire system my storm had the device manager **** could back up everything on there os included i had to go back a few times till they got it right
