[question about VoLTE]

Good day. I have P20 Pro GLOBAL CLT-L29 I need help how to enable volte. I asked Huawei support they say my P20 Pro both sim is volte ready both sim 4G however my country has new carrier DITO its saying my device does not support volte is there an option to manually activate volte? I'm on EMUI 10 ANDROID 10

Welcome to Android Central! I moved your post from the thread you had replied to (which was about the Huawei Nova) and created a new thread for it in the P20 Pro forum.

A phone has to be supported by the carrier for VoLTE in order for it to work. If they say it's not supported, I don't think there's much you can do about that. But let's see if anyone else has any experience with it.
